The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions For the purposes of this Refund and Shipping Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Bordercollied Up.

  • Website refers to bordercolliedup.com.

  • Product refers to the products offered for sale on the website.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase products from Us.

Tracking and Transit

Once your purchase has been confirmed, your order will typically be processed and shipped within 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Depending upon the destination, the package should be delivered to your preferred location within the next 7–15 business days. For overseas orders, tracking structures vary, and international delivery may take 4–6 weeks depending on customs processing.

We use courier companies that provide reliable tracking information and keep you updated regarding your delivery status. All tracking numbers will be emailed automatically once the order is processed.

International shipments are subject to import taxes, customs fees, and duties by the destination country upon receipt, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated dynamically at the time of checkout and may vary depending on item weight, postal code, and the selected shipping method. Please note that shipping to remote locations or international destinations (including orders to Canada and Australia) may require additional transit time and carry higher base shipping charges reflecting global carrier rates.

Please be reminded that a signature or secure handoff may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of standard courier delivery, the assigned courier company will provide a notification card or digital update advising you of the process for redelivery or local package collection. If three (3) total attempts are made to deliver your order and it is returned to us, redelivery will be at the sole expense of the customer.

Once a package is securely passed to our shipping carriers, the Company does not maintain direct control over logistics handling. If for any reason you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier company directly using your tracking reference for an immediate status update.

Delays In Delivery

We provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are guidelines and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by an exact specific date.

Estimated delivery dates are approximate values only, and items can occasionally be shipped earlier or later depending on production queues and raw material availability. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be entertained solely due to estimated carrier delays.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer for international orders due to:

  • Severe weather events

  • Flight delays or port backlogs

  • National holidays or seasonal peak shipping rushes

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In the event of severe internal disturbances, regional strikes, or conflict in a recipient destination country, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we believe a package cannot be delivered safely.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are entirely responsible for any customs fees, duties, and import taxes that may apply to their destination country. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by standard customs clearance customs holds.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the custom-crafted nature of our products, we do not accept open-ended refunds or exchanges on orders. Any product received by you can only be evaluated for a refund or replacement if:

  1. You received a physically damaged or faulty product.

  2. You received the wrong design, size, or product.

  3. Your product tracking officially confirms it never arrived.

If you have encountered any of these issues with your order, please contact our support team immediately with the following verification:

  • Clear photos of the original packaging, showing the label information.

  • Clear photos or videos showcasing the defect, mistake, or printing fault.

We will review your claim and issue a replacement order or refund as soon as the structural problem is confirmed.

Returns or refunds for purchased Products shall not be entertained if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or altered in any manner;

  • The original apparel tags, packaging material, or accompanying accessories have been discarded or damaged;

  • The product is not accompanied by the original digital invoice or order number;

  • The product was marked as non-refundable, clearance sale, final sale, or custom promotional item;

  • There are any user-inflicted stains, tears, scratches, or marks on the item;

  • The product does not reach us in brand-new, sellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion. Once an authorized return item is received back at our facility, processing your replacement or refund credit may take 14 business days.
