Will you email me my delivery date once I place an order?
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as all our products are made to order. However, once you place your order you’ll be emailed a tracking code so you can follow its progress. You can expect certain delays around international and local holidays, due to adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions/strikes or other unforeseen circumstances. 
How long will it take for my products to arrive after I order?
Once your order is placed, our production partners will require between 2 to 7 working days to process it before shipping. All of the items in our shop are ‘made-to-order’ meaning that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Once the product is shipped, it’ll take 3-5 days for USA deliveries and an additional 2-4 weeks for international ones. 
Why did some items arrive before others even though I ordered them together?
Whilst we do everything possible to synchronise the delivery of all your items at the same time, please bear in mind that we work with different production facilities and partners so it might not always be possible to receive your shipment in one package. We have instructed our partners to process and ship all items as soon as they receive the order.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to USA, Canada, Australia and. UK. However, bear in mind that non-domestic deliveries outside the USA, might require an additional 2-4 weeks to arrive. You should also be aware that as a buyer you’re solely responsible for all import duty and customs taxes according to local laws and regulations.

What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier companies we partner up with will leave a card with instructions on how to make an appointment for another delivery date. If you miss 3 delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us and you’ll have to cover the redelivery costs to receive it again.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
As all our products are ‘made-to-order’ we generally don’t accept returns and cancellations nor do we offer returns or exchanges. The exceptions to this rule are if you receive the wrong product, a damaged or faulty product or if you never receive your order due to an error or omission made by us or by the delivery company. In any case please contact us if you are not happy with your order and we’ll make all reasonable efforts to put it right for you!
What can I do if I never received my package but it’s showing as delivered on my account?
Unfortunately this happens sometimes. Please check with your neighbours first as it might’ve been delivered to the wrong address. You can also contact the courier company specified in your order confirmation email. If you’ve no luck with any of these, get in touch with us so we can see how we can help as well.
Do you offer any deals and promotions?
Yes, we’d love to share all these special products at great prices with all border collie lovers. That’s why if you subscribe to our newsletter by submitting your email address (check the footer of each page), we’ll keep you posted on promotions, special offers, new products and other interesting news from the world of border collies.
Will I be able to order in bulk with a special discount?
Currently we are unable to offer standard bulk discount orders, however if you contact us, we can discuss your specific requirements.
