We absolutely love and value everyone’s uniqueness. If your pet has distinctive markings like less white on the tail, reduced white around the neck, or no white on the back, Or if you want to add a special text, we'd be delighted to customize our design.

- Artwork Modification🎨
If you decide to request a modification, we'll work on the design, and you'll receive a sample image for your review. We'll revise until we get your approval. Once the artwork is ready, please place an order through this page using the customization code, which will be provided upon the completion of the artwork.

Upon receiving your order, we'll send the artwork to the embroidery team at our partner facility, where our designs are translated into beautiful stitches.✨

How Long Does It Take Until Delivery? 🚚
- Customization Time: 2-4 days (depending on order volume)
- Processing Time (Item Production): 2-7 days
- Shipping Time: 3-5 days
🔹The average customization/modification time is 2-3 days. However, processing time may be extended due to high order volume at the production facility. Please allow additional time for shipping after the processing period. Shipping times may vary based on your location, and international orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks

🫧 Care Instructions For Apparel 🫧
- Can be machine-washed cold, inside out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.
- Can use a small amount of chlorine bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- Tumble dry low/cool or hang to dry for the longest life.
- Do not wring out the embroidery.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary; do not use the iron directly on the design.
🫧 Care Instructions For Hats & Beanies 🫧
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed.
- If necessary, it can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.
- Do not machine wash.
- It cannot be bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned.
